WHO WE ARE

Verti-Shade is a family business located in beautiful Kenora Ontario, sitting on the north end of Lake of the Woods. It was established in 1983 offering Blinds, Awnings, Security Shutters, and many more outdoor screens and sun shade products.  It is owned and operated by Darryl Brown, who will continue to offer years of service and outstanding products to Northwestern Ontario and Manitoba.

Verti-Shade is the area’s only Hunter Douglas Priority Dealer, Shade-O-Matic VIP Dealer, and offers many other brands for commercial and residential window coverings. 

We are automation experts, with specialized training from Hunter Douglas holding Powerview Pro, Certified Motorization Specialist and Somfy Expert status.
